FUN FACT

Local drivers nickname the Fairgrove Park headquarters "the Annex", a joke about the governor's habit of dropping by the yard between two official appointments.

Grand Utopia Express is a private freight carrier operating across Grand Utopia and Grand Utopia of America. Founded in 2018 by MyGodness, who still owns it despite being governor for life, it runs its Utopian American operations from a headquarters in the Fairgrove Park district of Lochburn City.

ORIGINS

∟ A carrier before a governor

Grand Utopia Express was founded in 2018 by MyGodness, at a time when he was still working on local infrastructure projects and saw how scattered and unreliable freight transport remained across the archipelago. What began as a small carrier quickly grew into a company operating on several territories, and it now appears among the international companies listed in the Register of Utopian Enterprises.

∟ Crossing to America

In 2021, the company opened its Utopian American headquarters in Fairgrove Park, in Lochburn City, a logistics zone developed on the higher ground above Tannside. The site was chosen for its easy access to the GU Route 66 corridor, which connects the county's largest settlements.

THE AMERICAN HEADQUARTERS

∟ The Fairgrove Park base

The Fairgrove Park headquarters is where the company coordinates its operations on the American territory of the archipelago: dispatching, driver check-in and management of the vehicles assigned to Grand Utopia of America. Surrounded by the warehouses and industrial sites of the district, it blends into the landscape of Lochburn City's freight zone.

A PRIVATE COMPANY AND A GOVERNOR

∟ A declared arrangement

When MyGodness became governor for life in 2019, he chose neither to sell Grand Utopia Express nor to place it in trust. He remains its owner, and the arrangement has never been hidden: the company appears openly in the Register of Utopian Enterprises, and its founder has always presented it as a private venture, separate from his public duties.

∟ Praise and criticism

Critics regularly question the proximity between the governor and a company based in the heart of Lochburn County's logistics zone, especially when infrastructure projects around Fairgrove Park are discussed. Supporters answer that the company was founded before his appointment, that it receives no special treatment, and that its transparency is the best proof of good faith.
